"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "A wonderful location in the Black forest with the flair of the old Germany the old Black Forest the people working there were absolutely wonderful. It’s a very classy environment. Fantastic food, fantastic wine from barrels. They also have a sauna and a honor system in the seller so if you would like wine or any other beverage, you just take it put your name on it and pay at the end beautiful environment. You can see all the hills and mountains. Nice cute little town walking distance to a bus stop to our church and just a wonderful experience."

"The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either. "

"This is a beautiful place. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of places to sit or walk the trails. Very clean. We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. The pool was nice and I had a good massage. "

"They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. At checkout, they charged me €900 for cleaning the bathroom. It was horrific and inhumane – even though the room was cleaned and we stayed there for a whole week, they claimed they would have to close it in order to clean it. Liars, exploiters, and inhumane."
