"The customer service was excellent but I wish this hotel had washer and dryer facilities -I had to send out 4 pads to be cleaned and the cost was $103.00 Yikes!!! that is steep "

"I never leave reviews but wanted to leave one because of the exceptional service I received. From the $25 Chip that’s redeemable at their drink and snack stand (top tier drinks and snacks too), to the two free drink tickets to the bar, to them coming in clutch at the last second because I needed an iron and ironing board which they brought up with a clean pad. This will be the hotel I stay at everytime I need to be in Manhattan. "
