"I arrived at 8pm to find out there was a problem with my room's door lock and the door wouldn't close. I was ready to start trawling hotels for a last minute room but the lovely lady who acts as agent for the owner, pointed out to the owner that the main house, which sits in the same plot, was available for a couple of days, and so they gave me a large family house for a couple of days. I stay in Waterlooville regularly for business and will definitely stay again. "

"I loved my stay - it was everything I would have hoped for, and the host could not have been more welcoming. She'd installed a brand new smart TV, the internet access was instant, and there was coffee, tea, sugar and milk for the morning in the shared kitchen. This is a lovely little place for a single person or couple to stay in, and in nice weather there's a pleasant little garden to sit in as well."

"property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "The flat was small but clean and well-converted. The rooms are a decent size and the sitting room/kitchen fine for a small flat. Nice to have a Nespresso machine on the kitchen. The entry system worked well for four people coming in and out at different times, and there were good dog-walking areas nearby. "
