"We had a lovely stay at Gretna Hall for our friends wedding. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was also good, the food we ate in the restraunt and at the wedding function was also good. The only complaints I would have is the bathroom had quite a bit of black mold and the room was probably due a bit of redecoration- probably down to the use it gets as it's a very busy place... That all aside we enjoyed our stay- the bartender who worked the wedding we attended was top notch too"

"Fantastic! We have been many times and always enjoyed our stay but this time was different. Rooms have had a slight upgrade (new carpets) and the food quality was amazing. Thanks to Petra for her fabulous menu. There's always something else we haven't seen or done in the area. It continues to keep our interest. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"

"Had a wonderful weekend in the hotel. Room was spotless and bath/ shower room first class with a huge walk in shower and large free standing roll top bath. Staff were respectful and helpful at all times. Breakfasts were excellent as were the bar meals and drinks. Lovely view from bedroom over the grounds and river. Plenty of parking and well situated in the town with excellent variety of shops."

"Parking was terrible, I appreciate that hotel was busy but there's not enough parking and it would benefit from a strict one way system. Restaurant staff were very prompt and attentive especially in the morning, food quality was good. The room was spacious but a bit tired and stains on the blind when unrolled."
