    Excellent location & view from apartment
    Bedrooms & bathrooms clean, common areas I. E. Entrance etc. in good order. Unfortunately sitting room a bit tired and furnishings and rug grubby. Could do with mirrors in bedrooms for hair & makeup. Only mirror in sitting room near socket for hair drier & straighteners. Sorry for negative comments hopefully they’re constructive criticism. Didn’t spoil our stay.

    A fantastic stay with a few issues
    We had a lovely stay at thIs great apartment. The living room with the balcony overlooking the sea is a real bonus. So light and bright and very comfortable We did however found the beds to be very uncomfortable. The mattresses on both bed were very thin. The bed next to the bathroom was so creaky and rickety !! No mirror in either bedroom was a pain The apartment is in a great position with everything on your doorstep, just more attention to detail needed

    Our Bank holiday Break in Hastings
    Overall the property was ok; a little misleading on the website as the external view is a bit scruffy. Inside was again only ok, as furniture and beds uncomfortable. Mostly clean but we found a dirty tissue under a unit! Wouldn't stay at this property again but enjoyed Hastings as a place to visit.

    A few days in Hastings
    This place has everything you need for a short stay. The lounge/dining room is gorgeous with a great view of the sea. The block is quiet and the other residents (those we met) are lovely. Its within walking distance of lots of great cafes and restaurants and the Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Nice position on front, but unfortunately not at the back. Noisy bin lorries early every morning as the back of the property backs on to the rear of shops. Woken very early every day.
