"It's not a well run place but does have some nice. We arrived at 3.45 and our room was not ready. The electrics were faulty in our appartment. We stayed 2 nights. On the first night, we could not turn some of the lights off. On day 2, we could not turn the lights on and used lamps. There is no provision for food and the nearest places to eat or buy food are not near. The heating is not great - no central heating. On one day, we lost hot water. The place needs investment. "

Fantastic

"Lovely hotel just a walk away from the city centre. Staff were friendly and checkin was a breeze.There is an NCP across the road if parking is full which has an area for vans which was ideal. Will be back when in the area."

"Great hotel, lovely breakfast, large comfortable beds and helpful staff. This hotel has parking which is a must for weekend stays and was an ideal location for an event we were attending, good transport links and lovely walks locally. We would stay here again 5*, we visited for a 3 night weekend stay. "
