"Lovely hotel, staff were brilliant. Especially the reception and breakfast staff. The pool was a lot bigger than I expected. Great location, close to tube station and site seeing. We will be back. "

"Clean and big enough room for 2 adults and 2 big teenagers. Easy to take most transits for the attractions in London, unless it's rushhour. Satisfied continental breakfasts included. Ver y good experience! Thanks!"

"Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "
