This simply stunning Victorian townhouse has been wonderfully redesigned with every attention to detail and no expense spared to create unforgettable accommodation immersed in luxury. Enjoying a peaceful location with delightful views over Valley Gardens, yet just a stone’s throw from the centre of this delightful spa town. Bursting with charm and history, Harrogate is well-known for its spectacular architecture and for the curious disappearance of Agatha Christie who was found a short walk from the property. Spend your days browsing the many shops and cafes on offer with the popular Cold Bath area just 250 metres away filled with artisan shops, restaurants and bakeries, take a stroll around the RHS Garden Harlow Carr (1.2 miles) or indulge in a trip to the Turkish Baths (0.6 miles). hether you're a history buff, a lover of luxury, or simply looking for a unique and memorable experience, this townhouse is the perfect choice.

Wonderfully designed with elegance in mind, arrive at the grand entrance hall and step back in time. Bursting with antique furniture, yet equipped with all the modern comforts, every room is as unique and luxurious as the next. Relax on the bespoke sofas in the drawing room and look out on to Valley Gardens from the large bay windows. A few steps will take you up into the informal lounge area where comfortable seating and a large smart TV provide the perfect space to kick back and watch your favourite movie. The kitchen/diner is spacious and bright and provides everything you could need to rustle up lazy lunches or cook a delicious meal for the whole family. From here, you can access a staircase down into the basement where you will find a handy utility room with laundry facilities. Ascend the stairs to the first floor and arrive at the first double bedroom and a lavish shower room. All bedrooms have been uniquely designed and boast luxurious goose feather duvets with Egyptian cotton sheets to ensure for an excellent nights sleep. Three steps then lead up to a king-size zip-and-link room (which can be made up as 2’6” twins on request) and, at the end of the hallway, you will find the grand master suite. A real treat for anyone who gets to stay here, surrounded by sumptuous décor and soft lighting and decorated with bespoke wallpaper, elegant antiques and sparkling chandeliers to create a feeling of regal splendour. The en-suite shower room, open in design and accessed from either side of the French-style shabby chic king-size bed, is an added bonus and a true oasis. Heading back out into the corridor, a second flight of stairs lead to the lavish family bathroom which boasts a fantastic roll-top bath and separate shower. Lay back amongst the bubbles and let your worries drift away as you listen to music or a podcast through the built-in Bluetooth speakers that adorn all the bathrooms. A final staircase leads to a further three bedrooms; one double, one king-size and one king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as 2’6” twins on request), each of which has been individually styled and furnished to create the perfect combination of comfort and luxury.

Fantastic place to stay
We absolutely love the victorian terraced house. It was beautiful as well as functional with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. Also the hosts left use with a lovely welcome basket with all the essentials plus! Artisanal bread, butter, milk, coffee, tea, snacks and even a bottle of red wine and champagne. It was so lovely and inviting!!
