"Pleasant location and the pub had a super selection of food. Good for a pint in the sun. Room had nice view over the fields. Bathroom had not been cleaned and had hair, along with other reminders, from the previous occupants. This let down the experience as then noticed other parts of the room being fairly unclean."

"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"Firstly, our hosts were fantastic – they made us feel very welcome. Their family were also very friendly and helpful.The accommodation was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great private garden area for relaxing in the hot tub. The location was perfect for our visit to Paultons Park, with it being just a stone's throw away.The local pub recommended by Chris and Lisa was fantastic. "No staff to be seen"

"Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed."
