"Room was clean and comfortable; staff was very helpful. Grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Was a bit too far away from any other needs, and very costly to get around if you don't have a car. "

"Breakfast was good but the eggs were small and the yolks were hard Shower was pretty good but needed a grab rail to help you in and out The bedroom very clean but the duvet was too heavy now that it’s getting warmer made you very hot and uncomfortable. Needs a phone in the bedroom . I’m disabled and needed to contact reception ,had great difficulty getting down two floors and back again when this could have been resolved over the phone"

"Beautiful, clean room and very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa ok, not the cleanest, hair on floor. Pool was nice. Great being able to walk into Oxford along the Thames river path. Would definitely stay there again."
