Guangzhou Four Seasons Hotels

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a Canadian luxury hotel brand with five-star hotels all around the world. Founded by businessman, Isadore Sharp in 1960, the first Four Seasons Hotel opened in Toronto as a high-end retreat for business travellers. The company has since gone from strength to strength and is now regarded as one of the world's major players in the luxury-hotel industry. It has a big focus on sustainability, and in 2011 launched the Ten Million Trees campaign to help repopulate Earth's forests.

Enjoy Staying at Four Seasons

Towering 100-storeys above Tianhe's skyline, Guangzhou's Four Seasons hotel promises five restaurants, a full-service spa and an indoor pool, as well as free valet parking and airport shuttles. Each of the stylish rooms comes equipped with WiFi and iPod docks, and many luxury touches you would expect from one of the world's premier hotel brands.

Things to Do near Guangzhou’s Four Seasons Hotel

Tianhe, Guangzhou’s fast-paced Central Business District, is home to the lion's share of the city’s luxury hotels, including the Four Seasons. Business aside, Tianhe also has an exciting arts and culture scene, and many of Guangzhou’s Four Seasons guests make time to see a traditional Chinese opera at the state-of-the-art Guangzhou Opera House. Designed by the award-winning architect Dame Zaha Hadid its contoured granite, steel and glass exterior was completed in 2003. While magnificent by day, Guangzhou Opera House is best seen at night when the light and bustling crowds really brings it to life.

For some high-end shopping, make your way to Taikoo Hui and pick up some international brands. You’ll also find some well-known flagship stores to wander around before heading to the landscaped dining level to take your pick from international or Asian meals.

Food is a big thing in Guangzhou, formerly known as Canton, and is considered the birthplace of Cantonese cuisine. Make your way to Tianhe to find many fine-dining restaurants catering to China's affluent market. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, use Expedia to book your next Four Seasons stay.
