Nice and luxury hotel right next to Canton Fair. I got there a week before the Canton Fair and I was coming back but the price was triple. What a disappointment but guess the demand is what sets the price. Beware there are no restaurants nearby just a Family Mart, a convenience store

Perfect in all categories.: fantastic view, lovely room on the 97th floor, fine breakfasts and terrific staff at the concierge desk who helped solve a problem with lost luggage (by the airline, not the hotel!)

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We had minor issue at time of check in. We booked a Twin Room but at the time of check in we were asked to stay in Kingsize room with one extra bed. For this issue hotel was ready to upgrade us to another room ONLY the next day which was pretty annoying to pack ...

Guangzhou, the capital of the Guangdong Province, is a buzzy, vibrant metropolis home to 13 million people, and famous for its luxurious modern hotels. Expedia offers a range spa hotels in Guangzhou, offering traditional massage and beauty treatments, outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms.
Situated 75 miles from Hong Kong, Guangzhou was once a major port on the Maritime Silk Route and now attracts a leisure crowd who come for its modern hotels, Qin dynasty history and fabulous Cantonese food. The standard of accommodation in Guangzhou is excellent, and spa hotels are no exception.
Tianhe, Guangzhou's modern Central Business District is famed for its mirrored skyscrapers, sleek shopping malls and swanky five star hotels, many with state-of-the-art spas. While many visitors to the district are here on business, it also attracts sports fans to the Tianhe Stadium, a 65,000 seat arena built for the 1987 National Games of China.
After a day relaxing at your Guangzhou spa hotel, spend the evening enjoying a traditional Chinese opera at the avant-garde Guangzhou Opera House, designed by award-winning international architect, Zaha Hadid. A stunning modern edifice near the Pearl River, it's one of Guangzhou's most visited modern attractions.
Next to Tianhe is the colourful Yuexiu District, regarded as Guangzhou's culture hotspot. See the magnificent Five Ram Statue in Yuexiu Park, explore the province's Qin history at the Guangzhou Museum in the Zhanhai Tower, or visit the 2000-year-old tomb of Zhao Mo, the second king of Nanyue in the Mausoleum of Nanyue King, one of China's finest museums.
As the home of Cantonese cuisine, Guangzhou offers some amazing dining experiences. Feast on suckling pig and freshly steamed dim sum along the narrow Canton streets of Liwan, or try local dishes such as stewed snake and crocodile at the legendary Fisherman's New Village restaurant in Panyu. Head to the Tianhe District for swish fine dining restaurants, or for a more traditional meal try one of the authentic family-run establishments in Shipai Village.
