We chose this location as we wanted to be close to the train station. We couldn't have been any closer. Room was spacious and clean. Staff helpful. Was a bit annoying that the pool was closed for renovations and we had not been forewarned about this

If your schedule allows for a free morning or aftenoon, get some fresh air and explore Baiyun Mountain, locally known as White Cloud Mountain thanks to the fluffy white clouds which crown its 30 peaks. Take a cable car up to Maoxing Ridge for sweeping views of the city, or explore the ancient Nengren Temple or the Guangzhou Collection of Inscribed Stone Tablets in the Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area.
One of Guangzhou’s biggest business events is the China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair. Held in the sprawling Pazhu Complex each spring and autumn, it's China's largest trade fair, attracting over 22,000 exhibitors and more than 165,000 visitors to each event. If you’re planning to attend, it’s worth booking your Guangzhou conference hotel well in advance.
Across the Pearl River from the Pazhou Complex is Tianhe, Guangzhou's central business district – it’s instantly recognisable from a distance thanks to its towering glass-and-chrome skyscrapers. Choose a conference centre hotel here and visit the CTF Finance Centre, whose express lifts whisk you to 95th floor for magnificent views over Guangzhou. Tianhe is also home to the the state-of-the-art Guangzhou Opera House, designed by Zaha Hadid. It’s a great choice for an evening’s relaxation or for entertaining clients.
