Wonderful hotel, staff are very nice n helpful. A little out of the way, no shop or restaurants around. Breakfast is a waste of the money, lots of food but they are cold and not well prepared.

High class, clean, quiet and nice service. The hotel clerks are so friendly and work hard.
Staffs at reception is a bit slow on check in but polite. Everything in the room is neat, tidy and clean. Bed sheet and pillows are very comfortable. Might be it is too old at coffee shop to me, decoration is not acceptable in my personal opinion plus waiter and waitress ignored me when I stepped ...
Staff friendly and ensure a room without smoke smell
Enjoy stay in Westin hotel , a big, comfortable and luxury hotel, strongly recommended
Good central location and fantastic buffet breakfast but too pricey. However, as hotel in China us a bit of a hit and miss but at Fraser's it is good all round so don't worry, you won't be disappointed except noisy kids during breakfast.
