"Pros: Breakfast A+. Room A+. Staff helpful. Great location. Clean. Cons: Indoor pool closed. Only A/C worked, and it was like 50 degrees in the room. Had to call help desk, they offered a spacial heater for the night. Would stay here again."

"Clean room and the breakfast was good. They were doing some construction and only elevator was working but we just took the stairs. No big deal it was a great stay. "

"Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, just a HORRIBLE room. We were in town for just one night and were given room 317 which just so happens to be near the laundry facilities. We asked what the noise was when checking in and were told that it should stop by 4:30pm. No biggie because we were leaving at 3pm for our event. At 6:45 the next morning all we heard was what sounded like tennis shoes in a dryer...VERY LOUD. Prior to that at around 5am, the ice machine, which is across the hall, decided to make ice and was hitting the metal door. Needless to say we were up very early not intentionally. When we checked out, I told the lady at the front desk how dissatisfied we were and she just smiled and said "Sorry". Probably won't stay again but a warning needs to be made to guests when they get this room."

"Room smelled weird. Not terrible, but weird. Breakfast was very minimal, I only had the coffee. It’s a cheap motel, and it’s okay for what it is. It felt safe."

"Had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. Staff were very friendly & the room was clean. Yes, it is an older hotel and it shows a little but not enough to keep me from coming back. Nice little restaurant downstairs open for breakfast and dinner. There is also an amazing restaurant (Stax) right around the corner (can literally walk there from the hotel). Hotel was quiet even though fully booked other than the doors slamming when people entered and exited their rooms (not sure why no one seems to be able to figure out not to just let go of the door and allow it to slam like that) but not the hotel's fault. Looking forward to going back soon. Oh, and they do allow pets for a fee so a definite plus and highly recommend the one bedroom suite if traveling with pets and multiple people. Large enough and also private as they tend to be on the ends of the hotel. They even have floor rooms where you can literally walk right out of your room and over to the dog potty area without having to use the elevator or walk down any hallways. If you are picky and have high expectations for an elegant/upscale hotel, this is not it. This is a basic hotel that has what you need and is close to the highway which will take you where you need/want to go & you cannot beat the price for what it has to offer. "
