The property was clean with great staff workers, the breakfast was okay the waffles were light and fluffy but the grits were not completely cooked. Wished we had stayed here rather then the other hotel. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to stay did not here neighbors on each side or above my room.

The room was ok, just dirty curtains and still had finger prints some places. The TV channels were crap, the guide was no help with the channel line up. The front desk staff not very helpful at all. Because I booked through Expedia, a 3rd party, they required a $100 deposit. When I was checking out they would not return my deposit until they checked the room which took extra time. The breakfast was ok but not much was left if you didn't get there at 6am when it started. Then I was told I could not take a plate back to the room to my daughter. The pool was the best part of our stay.

The rooms were basic and a little worse for wear. But appreciate fridge and microwave. Not all the outlets worked but there were a lot of them. Decent breakfast options (eggs, grits, waffles, apples, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, muffins, toast, instant, oatmeal, but no butter!) The front desk staff seemed like they only wanted to get through their day and not very customer service friendly. They weren't rude or anything but they didn't give any basic guidance or info until asked and then only responded with yes or no so had to ask 3 questions to get the basic info most hotel staff give without asking. I had to ask which direction the rooms were located and she just pointed outside but didn't tell us that our room was on the backside so we had to search the whole building in torrential rain (and the couple who checked in before us experienced the same thing). I had to ask if there was breakfast, then ask what time it was, then ask where.

The hotel is a little run down and the rooms smell funny. Comforters had holes from cigarettes and the hair dryers are old. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. Lots of people smoking weed on the premises. Would not recommend bringing children. Breakfast was good but wouldn’t even allow kids to get more juice after 9am. I’ve stayed at worse places though…

It was very conveniently located to my event and about 7 minutes off the I385. I felt welcomed, the room was clean, the bedding and towels were actually white and clean, the mattress was comfortable, and lots of pillows.
