"Clean stylish room with comfortable bed. Good functional layout. Toilet - not so much. The toilet is just a glass door separation. If you are sharing a room, either you are very familiar or will get to be. Shower - water gets out no matter how careful we are Buffet breakfast- good selection with wonderful coffee stations Staff are friendly and helpful"

"When we go on vacation almost exclusive stay at Riu's all inclusive resorts, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they had hotels in London. Staff were friendly and helpful the entire stay. We had a swift check in. Conveniently located walking distance from Victoria Station. Large variety of breakfast options at the buffet to accommodate tastes from world travelers. They also hold luggage and bags for you in the lobby at no additional cost. Make sure that if you have someone meeting you in London and they are going to stay in your room, that they will be included for breakfast, if not --while booking through Expedia you will have to purchase another room because the property will not accommodate the additional person for breakfast since the room was booked through a 3rd party. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and would book the property again."

"The staff were super helpful, thorough, and courteous! Loved the location as we could walk to shopping, restaurants, Chinatown and other attractions! The room was clean and comfortable. They provided ear plugs for the outside noise but we didn’t need them. I will mist definitely stay again and highly recommend it!!"
