"Beautiful hotel and great location right next to Tower Hill underground station. Large rooms with modern facilities. Just note if you have kids and are planning to use the pool the hours are very restricted on weekdays - fortunately we were also there over a weekend when you can use the pool all day but weekdays swim times for under 16s are limited."

"The hotel was very clean and updated. The only problem we encountered was with the air conditioning as it didn’t seem to work the second night. Also there was a lot of noise coming from the room next to us because they were doing maintenance while my sister and I were trying to rest after coming in from a long flight. However, when I alerted the front desk staff of this, they immediately ceased working and the noise stopped. It was a weekday afternoon so I understood that they would be working during that time but I appreciated the front desk staff asking them to stop so we could rest peacefully. Everything else was good and we would stay here again in the future when returning to London. The location is also convenient and close to the train station."

"Room was clean and quiet. Nice view. Bottle of water in fridge was empty though but that's ok. I was upgraded to their studio which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, very good experience"
