"Property was in good location not far to walk to city or public transport. Room was simply but have most of what you needed. Only issue was there wasn't tea making facilities in room. You could get at reception but had to pay for it."

The tv in our room had blown speakers, the hairdryer had a loose connection and only worked when held at a certain angle and the charger for the iPad which controls lights etc was faulty. Only one lift was in operation leading to long waits to get up and down from the room to the hotel lobby"

If you want to encourage customers to stay, make parking free or affordable for your customers and not charge them £12 in addition to the price they paid for the room. This charge made us not to spend much on the food and drink in the hotel. "
