"We absolutely loved our stay. Best location. The staff here are a real credit to the hotel. and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lovely lady that checked us in. The kind gentleman that happily changed our room after a slight issue and the really friendly lady at breakfast the following day. Lovely clean pool area and the best Margaritas!! All this plus it being in the most beautiful part of Newquay it really was a special birthday treat. We often visit Cornwall as we used to live here and still work here and will definitely return to this special place. Thank you. Can’t wait to return 😊"

I had a bit of an issue the first night with our room and wind whistling through a window, but I was moved with no qualms to a much bigger room that was much better. I believe this was a family room. The hotel is a bit of a warren to navigate as it is quite sprawling, but this is a minor thing in my eyes. I would go back"
