Excellent family run bed and breakfast where we were treated very well from the moment we arrived. Zoe immediately took us to our room, showed us round and explained that as breakfast was made fresh in the mornings, we should place our order the night before. Super freshly made breakfast awaited ...
The biggest draw for us was location. We love that m you can walk everywhere in town. The apartment had everything we needed. Also, had excellent water pressure in the shower. We were there over the New Year holiday which made for great fun. But, it also meant that many restaurants and shops were ...
오래된 곳이라 방에서 살짝 먼지냄새가 남. 전기포트에서 불쾌한 냄새. 수압이 약함. 그 외의 부분은 전부 만족.
Possibly one of the best lodging experiences I have ever had. The hosts were welcoming, informative, and made a delicious breakfast. The house itself was immaculate and it was wonderful to hear about all of the history and refurbishing behind the final result!
What can be better than to spend a day at the Glenfiddich Whiskey Distillery, discovering what makes a good drop of whisky, and then returning to a comfortable nearby hotel? This inviting part of north east Scotland allows you to explore some of the stories behind one of the country’s finest products and relax at a cosy hotel or bed and breakfast in Moray once you've finished.
Just half a mile north of Dufftown, Banffshire, the Glenfiddich Whiskey Distillery dates back to 1886, when the founder, William Grant, set down the first stone. Remarkably, Grant, his seven sons and two daughters built this proud single malt distillery in a year. The distillery has remained family owned throughout the ages and, today, whiskey lovers can take a tour of the Glenfiddich Distillery to see where the whisky distilling magic happens, not to mention sip a dram themselves. You can also call in at the distillery’s Malt Barn Restaurant.
In Moray you can enjoy the wonders of falconry with a visit to the Huntly Falconry Centre, where you will get to see owls, hawks, falcons and even eagles. If you wish to explore further afield, you can take a day trip to the Moray Firth and catch a glimpse of those fun-loving dolphins, splashing around playfully.
