"Lovely friendly welcome and very attentive. Rooms are in the middle of being decorated however that doesn't detract from the comfort or amazing views. Good location for the train station 🙂 Liked the pack in the room with the story of Beggar's Bridge, we had a walk down to it after a delicious breakfast and ended up carrying along through the woods. "

"Amazing Hotel, wonderful service. Amazing food when I separately booked Chaloner’s restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints. Maybe I’s stay in the wing next time as it’s so close. But it was wonderful to have all that extra space in a room in the old hall. Would 100% come again. "
