"It is a quaint place if you don’t mind the fact that it is a bit out of the way. It does have metro and bus very close by. Had an incident at the hotel but the staff attended to situation quickly and diligently. The hotel is an older hotel so if you are looking for something upscale you may want to reconsider. "

"Beautiful hotel full of character, warm and welcoming with exceptional staff who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Food was very good & the wedding we attended there was perfect. My only comment worth making is ensure you book the room you require as the standard double is very bland compared to the other rooms which are luxurious…. Giving them a call to book directly is a must as they may have special deals which are very generous. I would definitely recommend staying here & would love to return one day. "

"Room was spotless and appeared to have been recently decorated. Unfortunately there were cracks in the sink and the hotel generally looks a little tired. The hotel staff were amazing … all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Particularly Aziz at breakfast and the wonderful bartender Mal. He couldn’t do enough for us, moving furniture around and asking us if we wanted any particular music to be played. He really went above and beyond to make my 89 year old mum’s evening. "
