"the advertisement gives the impression that it's a clean set up....in reality it was the opposite. Dirty, stuffy, dusty not as was described and in the attic which I requested information and confirmation on only to realise it was after I had made the booking and attended the premises. Not at all impressed and requested money back directly from the host and through VRBO.....typical of most HMO property rentals within Asian sectors running HMOs."

"A perfect place to stay after a long day's walk on the Nidderdale Way. The appartement was lovely and warm when we arrived and enjoyed a good hot shower in the shower room. The kitchen was small but everything we needed to make breakfast before starting the next leg of the walk, The bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Had a good meal and a couple of good pints in the Crown Inn which was only a 2 minute walk away."

"The property is in a great location for The Piece Hall and some great restaurants. The property is perfect for a short stay and was clean with the usual amenities. The communal areas need attention and the area outside the entrance door is by the refuse bins which isn’t ideal but we were aware of that when booking. "
