An excellent inn/accommodation with good food and reasonable prices. An old inn, much extend and beautifully decorated. Room are in the pub and 2 outside buildings. Only issue I would have is parking and access. . The site rises to the rear, both to the parking and the outside buildings. I use a walking stick and could just about manage the slopes and the stairs but severe walkers or wheel chair users would not. There is disabled parking (and electric charge points) availed. We had an amazing stay at the Copy House Barn. The property is very well equipped and has and absolutely goegeous view from the hot tub. Phil and Lisa were perfect hosts, great communication and very friendly. Barn is immaculately clean. The views are breath taking. Thank you so much 😊

Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear...

Country hotel set in beautiful grounds, but modern and comfortable inside, friendly helpful staff and delicious food made for a relaxing short break. This was made even more special by a large delightful room and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

It's a nice pub that is part of the Thwaites chain. Menu doesn't cater well for Vegetarians and not at all for Vegans. Disappointing to see them burning coal on the fire in July, really thoughtless. Room was lovely though

My wife and I stayed at Throstle Nest for 2 nights this week and had a great time.The Skiptonn area provides a lot to do and see and we found this Band B to be an excellent base.The setting is great with country views from the bedroom which was really well appointed with all facilities on tap.

Lovely little place. Very quite also. Wish the pub was open for drinks at any time but but not your typical pub. Food there was lovely though! Especially the sea bass. Walk in shower was amazing! Great if you need an accessible rooms

Excellent locstion . Interesting building on canal bank. Excellently refurbished.

This is a very nice place to stay and the Inn over the road is a great place to eat. The rooms and communal areas have been very tastefully decorated and it is very comfortable. Only one point, some of the rooms overlook a road which is surprisingly busy even in the middle of the night - not great if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful comfortable accommodation. Everything you need for a stay. Lots of extra tasteful details.

We had a really enjoyable stay! The hotel staff went over and above to help us and give great service. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Rooms were clean, huge bathrooms and seriously comfy beds.

Loved it. Great spot with a superb pub 10 yards from the door. Good walks into nearby towns too.

Excellent customer service, very clean rooms, super comfy bed and pillows. My room was facing the main road and it wasn't even an issue. I'm a very light sleeper and I had two nights of 8 hours sleep. Would happily stay here again
