The communication was very good but if you ate travelling from Milan Linate Airport I suggest that you travel on the Metro direct to Bolivar Station on the M4 line. This is much easier and closer to the apartment and involves no changes. Our only negative was that the Bed Settee was very uncomfortable and had noisy springs. Both of these things made sleeping very difficult! The room was what I expected but the add extras in the room made it even better (Marshall bluetooth speakers, gym equipment, water fountains on all floors). The breakfast was amazing - lots of choice of hot and cold. Coffee made to order and the atmosphere in the gallery mezzanine give it a relaxed. Would definitely stay here again and would consider other Urban Hive hotels in other cities."
