Great hotel great location near bars and restaurants and bernabeu

My second stay in this comfortable hotel. Reasonable rates, contemporary, spacious & clean. Good breakfast buffet. I haven't tried the restaurant yet but it seems reasonably priced. There is a garden and a pleasant terrace to enjoy a drink. There is a wellness & beauty centre right next door but no pool. Service is helpful and highly professional as it is the norm in Spain. The hotel is located in a residential area. There is a supermarket/ bank/pharmacy very nearby and a taxi stop right...

Lovely friendly staff - easy check in and out. Good local knowledge. Restaurant was lovely - food was good and breakfast was really nice and v reasonable - free for kids too! Pool was lovely, indoor and outdoor spaces lovely. Really great stay.

Great new designer hotel in the centre of town. The area next to the hotel is still under renovation but doesn't impact the hotel experience. Great breakfast and the swimming pool / roof top bar is a plus, especially for an evening drink (too hot to use during the day).

Staff were really great and helpful. Suggestions for dining out were also great. From checkin to leaving we had a great experience all over. Would recommend this hotel due to its location, staff and overall services.

Very friendly and caring staff. There was a variety of Food, snacks and drinks. The only issue is the shower room. Water was passing through the side of the door and the bathroom floor was very wet everytime someone had a shower. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. Nice restaurants and bars around too.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with exquisite attention to detail. We turned up a little early, but this wasn't a problem; the staff took our luggage, sat us in the stunning courtyard and served us a complementary glass of cava, by which time our room was ready with no quibbles. Every small thing works perfectly. The Express Breakfast was surprisingly fulsome for the modest price, with the finest orange juice and coffee in town.

The hotel is very central, just off of Gran Via but does not get affected by any noise off the street. Hotel is clean and modern, the staff are also friendly and accomodating. Breakfast room can get a little busy but the staff on hand work hard to get a table prepared for you, breakfast was very good with branded products. Would be nice if more confortable seats were in the room rather then the metal bench. Overall I would recommend to anyone, very pleased. Great hotel.

Beautiful hotel and the free airport shuttle was just the cherry on top. Go here if you’re in transit.

Stayed for 3 nights and having travelled a lot a stayed in some very nice hotels, can honestly say the staff at this hotel were by far the best. Each and every member of staff is so professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is also beautifully furnished and the rooms are stylish and immaculate.

Hotel very clean and people at the desk very nice. Really like idea about "green button" which mean they do not change the towels till is needed. Dispensers rather than samples is nice and eco- friendly. I would definitely come back.
