"Right in the heart of Chinatown and super close to transport to get you anywhere you wanna go in the city. The room was clean, the cable was wonderful. It can be a bit loud being close to the fire station, but that didn’t keep me awake personally."

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic property that is not in alignment with the travel of the future. "

"Location was really nice. Loved having the apartment amenities. It was very nice of them to have dish soap and laundry pods. I honestly liked a lot about it. On the downside, the hot tub was closed for maintenance which was one of the reasons we booked it. We were not notified that it would be closed. This is the second sentral we have stayed at and noticed in both the extreme lack of airflow in the bedroom area of the studios. The air conditioning worked but there is no vent by the bed so the air feels pretty stale and gets quiet warm. We stayed at the sentral in Denver and noticed the same thing. The most inconvenient thing that went wrong was we requested towel at 11am. We got a text back saying we should be getting them. Followed up with another text letting them know we never got them at 12:30. They said the issue had been escalated. Texted again at about 2 letting them know we never got them but needed to leave. They went into our room and finally delivered them by 3:30. I didn’t love they went into our room without asking and that’s way too long to wait for towels. "

"Storage luggage staff was great and helpful. Had to move rooms due to the shower being dirty and water was not draining. Second room had brown water coming out when you turned the shower on, after 5 minutes it would go away. "

"Pool was closed and they could not give an estimate as to when it would be available again. Went to VU and it took us 20+ minutes to get waited on. Pool finally reopened the next day and the bottom of the pool is deteriorating. Got locked out of the room because the door battery went out"
