"The breakfast menu was fresh. However it was very bland and even with the salsa they gave for the breakfast burrito it still was just that nothing special. For what it was it was way too much in price The bar was very clean with limited seating for breakfast though"

"Pretty pricey for what you actually get. Valet is $79 per night on top of room fee. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. The linen on bed was full of stains. The temperature in room is either too hot or too cold. Pool water is disgusting. On the other hand:valet staff was excellent. The location is excellent. Breakfast was okay as well. "

"The rooms are beautiful and large, newly renovated it seems. Staff were very personable and let me check in early because they had a room available. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the Institute of Art, the beautiful Marshall Fields building, lots of shopping on State Street, near Millennium Park and Grant Park. I would definitely stay here when visiting Chicago again!"
