No water pressure so couldn't shower etc. Staff didn't know what was going on or what to do. It was a problem just at the hotel, not the local area. No explanation or apology at check out."

Very convenient transport to and from Gatwick by shuttle (4-5 pounds), and a bar and restaurant on site so there’s no need to go elsewhere.
