"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"This is a fantastic property in a great location. It’s very comfortable and tastefully decorated with all the modern facilities. I think the location is perfect. The only negative comments I will make is that there are signs throughout the property to remind guests not to do this or that, and also that the backyard cannot be access before 7am or after 9pm."

"I simply loved my stay here. Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and a fish and chips place right within walking distance. The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!!"

"A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...
