Many unique features to the hotel like the centre garden, old hotel and the royalty themed King wing. Some of the areas are dated and starting to wear. "Great place to stay, excellent for Lime Street no more than 2 minutes away, staff great facilities good. A few things of concern not that it would not stop me booking again is 1 ply toilet rolls not great as it's not a budget hotel, also the radiators are clanking all night certainly on the room we had on 6 th floor, very annoying which affects your sleep, also the ceramic tiles in my bathroom were all lose and moved when you walked on them However bedrooms great extremely comfortable large beds and generally a great stay, would have no problem re booking this hotel but next time I would check out the things that required doing."
