This area is the heart of Felicia I's visitor experience, boasting direct access to the island's best beaches and a wide selection of upscale resorts. You'll find everything from fine dining to relaxed beach bars within easy walking distance. The main promenade, running parallel to the beach, is superb for evening strolls.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway will find this area particularly appealing. Many resorts here offer private balconies with sea views, adults-only pools, and spas with a range of treatments. For families, the northern end of Avenida del Sol, near the Felicia I Water Park, is a great option. This section still offers high-quality accommodation but is closer to family-friendly attractions and often features resorts with dedicated children's clubs and larger swimming pools.

The best time to go to Felicia I is during the dry season, which runs from December to April.

During these months, you'll experience pleasant temperatures and less rainfall, making it ideal for exploring the island's natural beauty and enjoying outdoor activities. This period is also popular for whale watching, as humpback whales migrate through the waters around Felicia I.

For those who prefer a quieter experience and don't mind a bit more rain, the shoulder seasons of May to June and November can offer good value. While there's a higher chance of showers, they are often brief, and you'll find fewer crowds at popular attractions.
