The rooms were clean and modern, and the AC worked great. I would’ve liked another pillow and some more towels, plus there were no washcloths. It was fine since we only stayed one night, though. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was really good, and I loved the coffee machine.
Nice new property with heated pool which is a plus. I didn’t took the all inclusive option but still had good continental breakfast. Accesible to nearby attractions.
Water flow through showers should be checked, and check in time should be quicker.
Amenities like the bowling’s center, pool and playground are great.
Continental breakfast was ok and staff were friendly.
Amenities for kids and family are good when compared with other facilities. Facilities are clean. Continental breakfast has no eggs. Washbasin was too high so it was very difficult for kids. The bowling has dark lanes and high volume music. But overall the hotel is a nice place for families.
The hotel is new. Frond desk was ok. The restaurant is too expensive for the bad service. The waitress give me the wrong order, also take to long.
The continental breakfast good.
The room nice but the tv is low quality with no apps like Netflix.
Overall 5/10
The bathroom was dirty when checked in, the bed comforter has men hair or short hair on it. The bottom of the entrance of the door is to open and we had two roaches come in under the door. They are not all inclusive it’s only continental breakfast. The food is to expensive in the restaurant but the taste was good. We had no tv because cable was not working. You can use much of the facility because the locals take over. They were painting right next to our room and it took over the room I requested a change of room and never heard back
Very nice staff all around! Superb customer care of clientele, rooms are extra clean and smells great with very good beds and just a stunning property with an in ground pool and hot tub. Will be returning in a few days. Gracias!
Very clean location, good for kids and family, good food, not for resting a lot of people noise talking loud, screaming and smashing doors. Good air conditioning inside rooms and very fresh air outdoors. Not a place to enjoy the nature in the nature.
