"The staff were really fab our taxi was booked for us and arrived on time. Our taxi home was easy to organise thanks to the hotel staff. Breakfast was lovely all fresh and area was cleared very quickly. Our room was nice, maybe just needs a double check for little things like cobwebs. But overall was very lovely. "

The only slight downside was the empty building sites surrounding the hotel with no sign of imminent development, giving the area a rather neglected feel. However the Gas Street basin area was very close by which was very pleasant."
