The rooms we had were lovely. Great friendly staff, went out of there way to order us a taxi and recommended some resturants for us. Breakfast was amazing, full English breakfast was lovely and plenty of choices. Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good stay all round. Staff were lovely, food was lovely and everything was spot on. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained. For what you pay, you really can’t complain. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment me and my partner arrived we had nothing but the best serice, always asked of we needed anything extra or help with anything, the receptionist Jessica was absolutely amazing and a credit to the hotel, so lovely to talk to and made us feel so welcome and made our stay that extra special. Great place for a treat, booked inclusive of eveing meal and really enjoyed it all. Room had been upgraded when we arrived as an added bonus. Nice bathroom - underfloor heating, walk in shower. Great views from the room.

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...

We stayed here in August to attend a wedding nearby so didn't get chance to eat here so we thought we would return. The food was excellent, so was the room, staff and whole experience. There was just one small thing, the first time we stayed we had breakfast in the main bar/restaurant but this time we were seated in a separate room that was just laid out with tables and chairs and it just lacked a bit of atmosphere.
