From the moment me and my partner arrived we had nothing but the best serice, always asked of we needed anything extra or help with anything, the receptionist Jessica was absolutely amazing and a credit to the hotel, so lovely to talk to and made us feel so welcome and made our stay that extra special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good stay all round. Staff were lovely, food was lovely and everything was spot on. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained. For what you pay, you really can’t complain. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for a treat, booked inclusive of eveing meal and really enjoyed it all. Room had been upgraded when we arrived as an added bonus. Nice bathroom - underfloor heating, walk in shower. Great views from the room.

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...

This was such a different type of hotel. You must go there to see it for yourself. Very comfortable bed. Super clean white towels, sheets etc and very clean throughout. Will definitely book again if in the area.
