"Nice studio apartment close to the beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking - cutlery,pans,pots and even coffee,tea and some condiments and spices. Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. "First, I’m American. When we pulled up to this complex, I was worried. But when I met the owner and her daughter, I was enchanted. The property is truly a hidden gem. There is a lovely kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We cooked three dinners and did laundry! There is a tiny courtyard where you can relax or hang the clothes to dry. The downstairs has a bedroom, 1/2 bath and family room for relaxing eating, and tv watching. "El alojamiento en si no es nada del otro mundo, de hecho pasar más de 1 semana ahí con el menaje e instalaciones sería complicado, pero se compensa con la excelente recepción de los propietarios, que hicieron todo lo posible para que la estancia y recepción fuera muy buena. Como punto negativo también que creemos que algunas camas tienen chinches, aunque no estamos seguros de ello. Un saludo!"

"Parking is Street Parking & very difficult to find an open parking spot. It is not an amenity of the rental as advertised when I rented. I believe that has now been corrected. Main bedroom and closet very nice. Bathroom shower very small. Bunk room is adequate. Spare bathroom is nice size. Kitchen is lovely but ask for confirmation on how the stove top works. Sitting area and dining room are spacious. Outside area is very nice and washer & dryer available. Close to Metro and we enjoyed pizza...
