Independent house located 10 minutes walk from the city center and 1 minute from the Jardines del Túria and the Botanic Gardens. The accommodation is in a very quiet area of the city but with all the services of supermarkets, bars and shopping centers such as El Corte Inglés. It has several bus stops and subway stop just 100 meters where you can go directly to both the beach and the City of Sciences, in addition to the Tourist Bus stop. The house has all the amenities washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge, induction cooker, WIFI, as well as TV with channels from both Spain and international with channels from Italy, French England, German, Poland, Russia and others. The house has 1 full bathroom, a master bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. It is an ideal Loft for 4 people. It also has an independent terrace of 30 m2 inside the house.
