It has two floors and a sun terrace of 90 square meters overlooking the Sierra de Espadan natural park that is used as a chill out. Account on the first floor with a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, household items and dining room and orthopedic chair for shower. Second floor 3 bedrooms (1 XL marriage, 1 single and 1 double) and a toilet. On the terrace is the chill out./solarium. PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. VT-38285-CS.
