Beautiful home in Riba-Roja de Túria

  • This fantastic holiday home is located in a beautiful urbanisation with lots of green areas, playgrounds and a restaurant. Hot summer days can be spent in the well-tended garden and pool area or relaxing on the terrace. The chalet has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living and dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. The garden offers a great veranda and a barbecue, which invites you to dine together. All in all, the holiday home is a fantastic place with plenty of peace and privacy. Valencia is only 26 km away and the marvellous beaches of La Malvarosa, Las Arenas and La Patacona are only 20 km away, each of them stunning with their vastness and fine sand.

Wat een geweldige ervaring! De villa zag er online al prachtig uit, maar in werkelijkheid was het nog indrukwekkender. Alles was schoon, netjes en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De locatie is perfect: een rustige en veilige buurt waar je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Daarnaast liggen alle supermarkten zoals Lidl, Mercadona en Consum op slechts een paar minuten rijden, wat enorm handig was.Deze villa heeft mijn verwachtingen echt overtroffen en heeft mijn vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt. Zonder twijfel de beste vakantieaccommodatie waar ik tot nu toe heb verbleven. Absoluut een aanrader en ik kom hier sowieso nog eens terug!

La maison est belle, grande, bien équipée dans un quartier calme et agréable, mais présente quelques problèmes de fonctionnement :- La climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans une des chambres.- Le 8 mai, nous avons eu une mésaventure. Il a beaucoup plu et l'entrée de lamaison a été inondée. Nous avons dû mettre des serviettes pour absorber l'eau.- Deux fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement, elles peuvent être ouvertes del'extérieur sans effort.- EAU CHAUDE : La principale raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi cettemaison pour une semaine de vacances était ses 3 salles de bain.Malheureusement, tout au long du séjour dans la maison, nous n'avonspas pu prendre de douche avec de l'eau chaude dans plusieurs salles de bain enmême temps ni en utiliser une lorsque l'eau était utilisée dans la cuisine (évier,machine à laver ou lave-vaisselle). L’utilisation de l’eau à plusieurs endroits de lamaison a entraîné une interruption de l’eau chaude. Un plombier est venurégler le problème l'avant-dernier jour, sans y parvenir.Notes :- L'espace extérieur est très agréable avec de nombreuses tables (3) maisseulement 4 chaises de jardin pour 11 personnes.- Nous avons utilisé le service de location de serviettes pour 11 personnes maisn'en n'avions que 10.En raison de l'absence de ces commodités, notamment d'eau chaude dans lessalles de bain, nousdéposons cette plainte et espérons recevoir une compensation financière à la hauteur de ces inconvénients.

geweldig!!!!

Een heel ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken, ruim voldoende opbergruimte, servies enz. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Inchecken ging wat stroef doordat er verschillende telefoon nummers op contract stonden, maar wel een hele aardige meneer. Echt een aanrader , we hebben genoten. Voor ons had het huis wel dichter bij de kust mogen staan maar ja je kan niet alles hebben.

Fabulous Valencian Villa

This was a superb Villa well appointed in a secure and walled urbanisation. It was immaculately clean and the pool water was changed twice per day. I would highly recommend this. A Metro station at Masia de Traver was a short walk away and allowed no hassle connection to Vallencia shops and markets.

Huis was wel oké alleen erg vies

Na contact te hebben gehad met novasol dat de woning erg smerig was zouden ze hier op terug komen maar tot op heden nog niets gehoord wij hebben foto,s en filmpjes gemaakt hoe vuil de woning is en daar moeten wij dan minimaal € 100,- voor betalen echt een afknapper van de vakantie
