Great hotel so close to airport. Great size of room and great big beds .I would stay more often, but I find it a bit expensive. I would recommend to others, staff very pleasant. I found it poorly sign posted and lighting was not good from the airport. I would have appreciated more coffee and tea ...
The hotel was really nice. The room was very comfortable with hot tea and coffee available. The shower was lovely. The staff at the hotel was pleasant and very accommodating. Loved swimming in the pool and the use of the sauna and steam room. Would gladly stay there again.
The hotel is lovely- a renovated Elizabethan Manor House with lovely grounds and a lake. Everything was of a high standard. The room was comfortable and well designed. It was good to have tea making facilities. A good shower and towels, a comfy bed. Breakfast offered a good choice of food. It was definitely the best hotel of its type that I have stayed in...Ibis, Mercure, Premier Inn ...
Stayed here whilst going to Olympic village in London. Hotel conveniently placed just off the M25 and a short drive to local train station. Good buffet breakfast included in the price as well as use of the pool. One of the better Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at.
I booked a premium double rooms, unfortunately no disabled facilities on my room, which is a shame because I had to Be relocated to a standard double and not as spacious. Although they refunded the difference I did not get what I had expected.
