Don't hesitate to come and discover this charming Breton house nestled in the heart of a lush garden.  
  
This wooded garden surrounds the house, offering an oasis of greenery and tranquility. Fruit trees such as apple and cherry trees stand alongside colorful flowerbeds, creating a bucolic and soothing scene.  
The outdoor terrace invites you to relax in the fresh air, providing an ideal spot to enjoy the mild Breton climate while admiring the beauty of the surrounding garden.  
  
This house offers:  
On the ground floor:  
  
\- A large, bright living room with a lounge area (sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi) and a dining table for 6 people;   
  
\- A fully equipped kitchen, with: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, blender, and electric mixer;   
  
\- One bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);   
  
\- A second bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190cm);   
  
\- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and washing machine;

Au calme, très propre, bien agencée et en plus le verger est un régal (au propre comme au figuré). Le mobilier de jardin est très agréable. Un vrai coup de coeur pour ce bien vraiment tout près d'Erquy.
