Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- An 18 m² living room with a double sofa bed, armchair, dining area, TV and balcony access. \- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and chairs \- A shower room with shower and washbasin \- Separate WC Outside area : \- A shared, secure swimming pool (not heated), open from 1 July to 31 August, All children swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions \- A 4.8 m² west-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
