At the foot of the estate, this property can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect destination for family getaways. You will appreciate the peace and quiet and the ideal location of this house, 50 meters from the beaches of Le Guen and Lanruen.  
  
This house offers:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A large, bright living room with a lounge and dining table for 6 people offering sea views;   
\- A fully equipped kitchen with a sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric mixer, teapot, and citrus press;   
\- Access to a south-east-facing outdoor terrace;   
  
On the first floor:  
\- A bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);   
\- A second bedroom with sea view and two single beds (90x190cm);   
\- Shower room with shower stall and sink;   
\- Separate toilet.  
  
On the 2nd floor:  
\- A final bedroom with sea view and two single beds (90x190cm);
