In the commune of Saint-Alban, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 48 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows :  
First floor :  
\- 24 m² living room with double sofa bed (140×190), TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
Mezzanine :  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A private 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
\- An attractive 2,000 m² south-facing garden, shared with the adjoining property.  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (4 vehicles).   
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Lamballe 14 km; Saint-Brieuc 28 km
