The residence has almost immediate access to the town centre and the Centre and Caroual beaches.  
  
This apartment on the 1st floor without elevator, composed of two rooms offers you :  
\- A living room with a lounge area (sofa, armchair, television, board games), with access to the balcony, and a dining table for 4 guests;   
\- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with sink, 3-burner induction hob, extractor fan, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, DeLonghi coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus a range of accessories (salad spinner, colander, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);   
\- A separate bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);   
\- A shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine;
