"Amazing experience from beginning to end. Excellent communication with staff, room was cleaned daily and turndown service was great. Loved the staff, cocktail making on the beach, bingo and water aerobics were my favourite and watching volleyball was fun. Food was excellent, only disappointed once. Evening entertainment always entertained! They will make any drink for you, you can ask to order off the menu. The seaweed was an issue, but the resort is so wonderful we didn't miss the beach that much. Mark, Fernanda, Vanessa and "SoChill" all went out of their way to make our trip wonderful. "

"We had a wonderful Spring Break. My husband and I stayed 5 nights/6 Days in the Adult Resort. Our Room was a 7/10 for Clean. We loved the Swim up pool and beach view and Loved our Non-Stop Pool Service from KARMIE. She was the BEST. Checked on me everyday, multiple times and her service and kindness was a 10! Thank you Karmie! We loved our Concierge SERGIO. He was personable, professional and helped us make dinner reservations, and set up our massages. Thanks SERGIO, your Service and attitude is heartwarming. We also loved the outdoor Breakfast Restaurant La Isla. The food was 5 Star and the level of service we received from Guillermo was top notch! we felt so special and really appreciated him! He made our last days there so memorable!! ..The food at this resort is 5 Star* . The only thing downside I would say is the entertainment, there is none. There is only some once a week at the family resort Generations. We did have a great experience with VICTOR at the Sling Bar, he was great to us! One of the only indoor bars and on the Kids side. Also- It says FREE CATAMARAN/SNORKLING, we set it up and arrived at the next resort and it was canceled. They gave us a Beach Day instead. Felt that was a Bait and switch. Be firm with them out that. The food is Amazing and a Great Resort to Walk and Relax by the Pool. Cannot swim in the Ocean at this resort.FYI"

"Our room was surprisingly cleaned. It was cleaned every day and I believe it was twice a day. The staff there were delightful everyone was happy, they evenremembered our names. We felt very good being there The hot tub water was very hot just like it should be they are bars everywhere I mean the staff at the bars also as well were very attentive and very much looking forward to pleasing all the guests."

"The food from pajama party was cold and wrong. Transportation inside the facility would just pass by and not go to lobby to pick us up, It got to a point were lady’s standing by had to complain about the situation. They also never gave us the pictures they promised for the family slime. Other than that staff, food, entertainment, park, rooms bar’s was a 5+ stars"

"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this at least once per month, her energy was restored”. I want to come back and I would recommend you stay, piece of advice: try to disconnect from your phone, there’s lots of fauna to discover. Ps. Colibrí is a very nice dog, you’ll win her heart if you bring a little snack. "

"Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!"
