"We may live in Venice, but my daughter wanted to have a girls night with her best friends where she could also swim. We chose this hotel as it was close by and at a decent price to accommodate us. "The owner greeted us was very pleasant and helpful with surrounding places to go and see. The room was well kept. Bathroom remodeled new very nice. Only problem not enough outlets in the room. Didn't have any problems with bugs. Neighbors were respectful. Nice pool area but small. Great place to stay for cheap in Venice on the main drag just miles from the beach. I would stay there again."

"This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer."
