The next day upon checking out and asking how everything was I mentioned the lock out and the response was “oh yea, have a great day”. We were never informed of wifi password or breakfast options either just that the front desk staff was very tired from lots of drunk people the previous days on the roof top bar. They were nice however not very helpful at all or informative. Also our room was never cleaned no towels replaced either I’m assuming again due to the lock issue.
