I had an excellent experience at this hotel, largely because of the outstanding staff. Every interaction I had was met with kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help. As a person with a disability, I especially appreciated how accommodating and understanding they were—they consistently went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and supported throughout my stay. They were also incredibly helpful with practical needs, including arranging taxis and assisting with transportation logistics, which made getting around much easier. Their responsiveness and attentiveness made a meaningful difference in my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for travelers who value thoughtful, respectful, and proactive service.

Prague was amazing and loved the city. The hotel was a bit disappointing, supposedly 5 star. Uncomfortable bed, tv intermittent, Smokey smell, rough towels but breakfast was nice, staff were really friendly, great location.
